Summer cold? Allergies? Ate too much for breakfast?
posted at 8:59 AM

Whatever it is, I feel crappy. At one point part of my breakfast came up into the back of my throat. I sat calmly, very still, for quite some time before forcing it back down. I wonder if I'd feel better if I just threw up.

The headache has turned into sinus pressure, so that at least must be allergies, I guess.

Hope you feel better. I was having bad headache fits myself over the past few days. ;(

On another note: Frozen vegetables are as close to fresh in nutrition as you can get. (I.E. Better than canned) While fresh vegetables are better, you can count on frozen vegetables to always be frozen when they were ripe and ready to be eaten, rather than getting some fresh shit that's too underdeveloped or too mature.

Plus, like I said, you can keep a store of it in your freezer for a long time, without having to make it for dinner every night for three nights just so it doesn't go bad.

My guess would be allergies, judging from my and coworkers similar symptoms. I'm thinking its all this unusual rainy weather for this area has stirred up things that people aren't used to (molds, pollens, etc)

AJ, you would make a very good advocate for the National Organization of Frozen Foods. If such an organiation exists.

Mari, that's a good point. I'm still not used to having to deal with all the allergy stuff here. My coworker asked me "You've been here a year?" and when I said yes, she nodded sagely and said, "It's about time for it all to start."

Sounds ominous...
