My sister-in-law (other brother's wife) was the one to stand up to the guy, and I always wished I could be that awesome... That's why I really like your stories about getting back at bad customer service reps or standing up for your rights, because I'm proud to know someone who can do stuff like that :) Which is why I'm sure you will get through your current crisis fine, although I know it's causing you a lot of stress :/ (I need to get international calling enabled on my phone so I can call you...)
