Writing every day

Since the first of the year, I’ve written something (sometimes a very little something) non-work-related every day. It’s only been a few days, but I wanted to catalog my efforts anyway…

January 1: Chapter 1 of a fanfic

January 2: Chapters 2 and 3

January 3: Chapter 4

January 4: A different one-off fanfic

January 5: This

January 6: Chapter 5

I’m actually pretty run down due to work, but I need to write something for today to keep up my streak. I have a writing prompt from Heidi (she won a contest I ran on Facebook in which I invited people to guess at what time Sean would get home from a trip to Alabama) but I don’t know if I’m up to answering it right now.

Hmm.

Edit 1/8: I ended up writing a little bit on Chapter 6 last night, but not enough to finish. This morning I have added a tally page to my blog navigation so I can track my weekly progress. Right now it’s just January; as the year progresses I’ll have an index page that then links to monthly subpages.
