My day
posted at 10:07 AM

I'm on my own today. First priority: get cleaned up. Second priority: walk over to the convention center and get the car. Third priority: EAT SOMETHING.

After that, I'm going to head towards Boston, and see what I can see of Cambridge.

Wish me luck!

I read your poem your mother hates... and said to myself:

"and such is life... We all, in our difference cannot make up a perfect world that would fit one. What we have is ourselve all together; never yet fully arrived but found in flux ... and with the pain of ceasless change comes growth, evolution; adaptation to the new...

Always a mix-- a disturbance--a shift...

Thank you for your comment, rare. I like your response to the poem. I was pretty depressed at the time, and didn't see the repetitive cycle of life as a good thing. But now, as I think about it, I've come to this conclusion: if life weren't cyclic, we would never learn anything.
